These unique ornaments are made completely by hand by a fair trade women’s cooperative in Nepal. Made of sheep’s wool that is hand dyed and hand felted into sheets that are a little like paintings… each one is a bit different. They are carefully cut and embroidered by hand and stitched together using age-old techniques.  These ornaments are portraits of some of Jes’s special animals. Created and interpreted by the Nepali artisans from Jes’s own drawings they capture the fun-loving spirit of Jes’s world.
