Rue The Cat Jewelry Pouch

These unique jewelry pouches are made completely by hand by a fair trade women’s cooperative in Nepal. Made of sheep’s wool that is hand dyed and hand felted into sheets that are a little like paintings… each one is a bit different. They are carefully cut and embroidered by hand and stitched together using age old techniques.  These jewelry pouches are portraits of some of Jes’s special animals. Created and interpreted by the Nepali artisans from Jes’s own drawings they capture the fun-loving spirit of Jes’s world.
